By accessing or using GamerFlick, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, tournament organizers, and others who access or use the Service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your password. GamerFlick assumes no responsibility for compromised accounts resulting from weak passwords or shared credentials.
3. Fair Play & Conduct
GamerFlick is built for competitive integrity. Any form of cheating, smurfing, win-trading, or exploiting game mechanics in sanctioned tournaments will result in immediate disqualification and a potential permanent ban from the platform.
Harassment, toxicity, and discriminatory behavior towards other users, whether in lobbies, chat rooms, or direct messages, strictly violates our Community Guidelines and these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users or game developers), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GamerFlick and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GamerFlick.
5. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years of age to use GamerFlick. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
GamerFlick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes arising from these Terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration law. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
