You can update your Riot ID from your GamerFlick profile settings. Go to Settings > Linked Accounts > Riot Games and update your ID. Changes sync within minutes.

Tournament prizes are distributed within 7 business days of tournament completion. Prizes are sent to your linked payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or wallet).

To appeal a ban, email support@gamerflick.in with your username and the reason for your appeal. Our moderation team reviews all appeals within 48 hours.

Yes, GamerFlick is free to download and use. You can join communities, find teammates, and participate in free tournaments. Some premium tournaments may have entry fees with bigger prize pools.

GamerFlick supports BGMI, Valorant, Free Fire, and more titles are being added regularly. Each game has dedicated tournament brackets, stats tracking, and community spaces.

Open the Tournaments tab, browse available tournaments for your game, and tap "Register". You can join solo or with a team depending on the tournament format. Make sure to check in before the tournament starts.

Use the matchmaking feature to find players based on game, rank, play style, and availability. You can also post in game-specific communities to recruit teammates for tournaments or ranked play.

Tap the player's profile, select "Report", and choose "Cheating/Hacking" as the reason. Include any evidence (screenshots or match IDs) to help our moderation team investigate. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Yes, community organizers and creators can host tournaments using our tournament engine. You can set custom rules, bracket formats, prize pools, and manage registrations all within the app.
